The practice welcomes referrals for periodontal evaluation, dental implant care, bone and soft-tissue procedures, and related specialty treatment planning.

Can I send radiographs with the referral?

A secure digital workflow for radiographs and records is not active yet. Please call the office to discuss the appropriate current process before sending patient information.
